In reference to miatazoomzoom: I was not at the concert, but I have been to several Jonny Lang concerts in Denver, CO. and surrounding areas, we went to Lake Tahoe to see him one time too! Anyway, I don't know Jonny personally but I would guess that something was wrong for him to not make it to a meet and greet. We have done the meet and greet with him several times, I can't even remember how many we have done we have done it so many times. But not once has he ever been late or missed it. Actually he has stayed longer, talked more, given more autographs, taken more pictures than any performer I have ever seen! Also, we have never paid $250.00 to $500.00 for a meet and greet with Jonny like alot of other performers charge for theirs. I think he is a GREAT guy and would never intentionally just miss a meet and greet unless something was wrong. We have even spent time with him in the back of a building that he performed in while he was walking to his bus, he just stoped and talked to us, like a normal person, never acted like he was in a hurry, he didn't rush us at all. It was great, we had a great time talking with him and his band for a good 15-20 min. in the parking lot. I would forgive him, I'm sure he has a good excuse.

Concert was fine, but we had meet and greet passes and were instructed to arrive by 3pm for a concert that was scheduled to begin at 4:30pm. We were there at 2:30pm and after we finally got to someone who new anything we were told the meet and greet was to be after the show not before. so we waited 2hrs for the show to start, watched the show, then returned to the place where we were instructed to wait. We waited, and waited. Approx. 40mins after the concert had ended a woman finally came out and said the meet and greet had been cancelled. At 40 plus years of age this would have been my first and probably my last chance to meet a "star". Hugely disappointed doesn't begin to describe the emotions felt. I can't understand how he couldn't give us five minutes of his time after we waited 2hrs and 40mins for it. I have been a Jonny Lang fan for a long time. I have promoted him and introduced his music countless times to others who had never heard of him I have been a loyale fan since the beginning. I think it was rude and thoughtless.

What an incredible performance by this talented artist. Definitely on top of his game for this show. Started out with a string of songs from his new CD "Turn Around", sounding like a tiger let loose from his cage. Very strong vocals and guitar playing. Also played several of his best songs from his previous CD's. His band was incredible and really made the songs soar. Hard working from start to finish, Jonny changed up alot of the songs and extended some of them and really showcased his guitar playing and vocals. Also had the audience singing along on certain parts and made for a great show. See him on tour this summer if you want to hear some great blues!
